We regularly check our prices so as to provide the best value that we can to our customers. However, we appreciate that we cannot look everywhere and therefore to offer peace of mind we're happy to match any like-for-like offer, supported by our second to none customer service and if we can we'll even better it.

What We Mean By 'Like-For-Like' and the criteria for price match

• The competitor must be a legitimate registered retailer operating out of their own retail premises. This excludes online-only traders, which we believe to be fair because the items that we sell cannot be legitimately retailed by such traders.
• The full product from our competitor must be identical to ours in every way. The full product from our competitor must be available for delivery within the same amount of time that we would supply the product.
• We can verify the offer to ensure that it is like-for-like.
